Cancellation Policy

Class fee is due upon registering for a class. If you decide to cancel a class, you should call us as early as possible.
- If we receive you cancellation notice 30 days or more before the date the class is scheduled on, you will receive full (100%) refund of your class fee.
- If we receive your cancellation notice 15-29 days before the date the class is scheduled on, you will receive 50% refund of your class fee. However, if we fill all the places in the class, your refund will be 100%.
- If we receive your cancellation notice 7-14 days before the date the class is scheduled on, you will receive 25% refund of your class fee. However, if we fill all the places in the class, your refund will be 100%.
- If we receive you cancellation notice fewer than 7 days before the date the class is scheduled on or you do not cancel at all, you will not receive any refund. However, if we fill all the places in the class, your refund will be 100%.
- If the whether at the day of class does not allow "normal" transportation (as solely determined by UserEasy), you can register for another date (the same course) at no additional charge.
Refunds will be provided through the same payment method the original payment was remitted by, or - if you prefer - by a check. Refunds will be remitted within 5 business days of the day of the class or the cancellation notice (whichever is earlier).
