What is UTT

UserEasy Technical Training (UTT) is now open. Our new training and educational facility is located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.We offer classes both for using and developing software applications and for computer building and repair. We have basic courses and more advanced ones depending on your current skill level.

Our classes cover the following broad areas:

• Computers - how to use them effectively
• Microsoft Windows family operating systems - how to utilize their full capabilities
• Microsoft Office - how to use it effectively and work more quickly and professionally
• Internet - how to create web pages and show them to the world
• Graphic Design - how to quickly create effective images
• Database Management - how to create and manage databases that work for us
• Programming - how to develop professional applications for the office and the Internet
• Computer building and repair - how to build and fix computers, and how to improve their performance
• Networking - connect all you computers into a network and share data and services

We are very flexible and upon request we can develop or modify a course to meet specific practical objectives.

Our experienced instructors have taught in many educational institutions and - most importantly - they work in the real world, solving real-life problems and dealing with real work situations. We don't waste your time with theoretical knowledge detached from and inapplicable to reality; we teach you how to get the job done - quickly and effectively.

We issue certifications upon successful completion of a course. We also have courses preparing for standard examinations, such as A+, Network+, and more.
