Waiver of Liability

This agreement releases United Tactics & Training from all liability relating to injuries that may occur during shooting sports and or firearms training. By signing this agreement, I agree to hold United Tactics & Training entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for any injuries incurred. I acknowledge that the activities involved in shooting sports and or firearms training have inherent risks, hazards, and dangers for anyone, which cannot be eliminated. I understand that these risk, hazards and dangers include without limitation:

• The risk of handling firearms and being near others that have firearms in their possession.

• The risk of hearing damage from noise

• The risk of injury from gun fire • Staple punctures from target boards

• Ricochets from targets or projectiles • Animal or insect bites

• Damage to property by debris or flying projectiles

I understand the risk, hazards and dangers as described above.

I understand I have the responsibility to be safe and aware of my surroundings at all times.

I understand that my participation in these activities are purely voluntary. No one is forcing me to participate, and I elect to do so in spite of the risk listed above.

By signing below I forfeit all right to bring suit against United Tactics & Training for any reason. I will make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained to me verbally. I will ask for clarification if needed.
